Chances are that there is an open network issue explaining any problems we are facing. Please do not create a ticket if there's an open network issue.
Steps to take before creating a support ticket
1. Check to see if you can ping the IP address of your service. If you can, your service is up.
2. Is your service offline? Check from the contract panel and "boot" it to see if it turns on.
3. Have you modified settings on SolusVM, reset VNC password, or re-installed the VPS? Try rebooting it first.
